I can’t say enough good things about Water's Edge! The view from the site is amazing. Each campsite has its own covered deck with a picnic table, most are right over the water. Sitting on the deck, listening to the waves hit the rocky shore line is so relaxing. Grand Lake is over 46k acres. Sites are level. Water pressure is great! WiFi was awesome for being in a campground. We didn’t use the restrooms/showers, but I can report that the laundry room was very clean. If you’re in a 5th wheel, you’ll need an extension for your electric cord, but they will supply you with one if you need it. They even brought me my Amazon package that arrived at the office.
We rappelled the hill at our site down to the lake to our little bass boat. Caught sunfish and striped bass.
The only thing that wasn’t great was the number of OTA channels we could get. No, we don’t go to a campground to watch TV, but there were some cold rainy days when it would’ve been nice. CBS was the only channel that came in strong.
The road into the campground is a tunnel of trees and goes past a large herd of Longhorn cattle on one side and horses on the other side. We enjoyed visiting Pickles Pub in Langley. Reminded us of our neighborhood bar back home. All the regulars hanging out there. And great pizza! Also found the best burgers (half pounders) at Mooneys in Disney, on the lake. A beautiful view. We got to join Rocktoberfest in Disney, an annual event for ATV's and rock climbers. The trails were fun. Lots of rock and steep climbs.
