Fortress Beerworks/11 Below Brewing Company

Fortress Beerworks is now 11 Below Brewing Company. It's far enough from  the freeway for a quiet nights sleep. You have to watch closely for the  narrow road to turn on. It looks like a driveway and is somewhat  hidden. Once you get to the brewery, there is plenty of space for  parking, even though this photo doesn't look like it! The first thing I did was stand on an ant hill without  realizing it, until I saw my foot covered with biting ants! 

It's a very  nice open-air building. The beer selection was good but the service  could have been a little better. There is a pizza food truck on site. I  had the Thai Chicken pizza and my husband had the Pepperoni &  Sausage - both were much spicer than we expected. 

We would stay here  again if we were in the area.
